USA e-Pay PROCESS»
- The customer places an order with their credit card through any type of point-of-sale, shopping cart, retail store, wireless PDA, online terminal, etc.
- USA e-Pay is sent authorization request and securely sends request to Customer's Credit Card Issuer to verify card and if funds are available.
- Approval or Decline response sent back to USA e-Pay in secure format.
- With order Approved, merchant fulfills customers order.
- Merchant sends settlement request to USA e-Pay and USA e-Pay settles batch with Merchant's account provider.
- With settlement complete, Merchant Account Provider sends funds directly to merchant's checking account.

MERCHANT CONSOLE VIRTUAL TERMINAL
The USA e-Pay Merchant Console Virtual Terminal is the main toolkit in the USA e-Pay line of products. One can think of the Merchant Console as an internet-based credit card machine with the features of an integrated Point of Sale Solution. The Console of course carries the basic features of any credit card terminal. It processes sales, voids, and credits like a Brick & Mortar terminal but via gateway solutions on line.
FRAUD STOPPER
The Address Verification System-An automatic verification, the gateway will check that the card given for processing and the billing address match with the address in the databases of the credit card provider.
CVV2 / CVC2 / CID System -A 3 digit number located on the back of the Visa, MasterCard or Discover card as well as the 4 digits located in the front of an AMEX. The gateway will verify that this code matches with the card number. This ensures that the customer giving the card does have the card in hand.
Buyer Authentication-USA e-Pay is proud to support the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs. These programs drastically reduce liability from the unauthorized use of credit cards. By adding this extra layer of protection, merchants protect themselves from the costs associated with fraud.
REPORTING MODULE
The Merchant Console allows the merchant to do a wide array of different reports. Merchants can generate reports depicting all timeframes dating back to the first day of use. Visual graphs and downloadable versions of reports are features of the reporting tool. The module is quite user friendly and thorough, whether the merchant needs to search for a recent customer or run a report of all the Visa, Approved customers, the reporting option is quite versatile.
RECURRING BILLING
The Recurring Billing feature allows the merchant to place customers on a billing cycle. This database allows the merchant to charge on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc. basis without having to create a new account for each transaction.
SECURTY
USA e-Pay uses the best in secure 1024-bit Digital ID's for all Virtual Terminals. The console can support any 40 to 128-bit encrypted browser and will ensure security is enabled before any connectivity has been acquired.
